Peter Kang is the co-founder of Barrel Holdings, which acquires, manages, and launches agency businesses. The portfolio includes Barrel, a leading Shopify agency, and BX Studio, a leading Webflow agency. He began building websites in high school and, after a brief stint in investment banking, co-founded Barrel in 2006. Over 18 years, he helped grow it into a leading digital agency serving CPG and ecommerce brands.

Peter has served as strategist, UX specialist, creative director, and CEO, giving him a 360° perspective on what it takes to build and sustain agency businesses. He also runs AgencyHabits, a business and leadership resource for agency leaders. His mission is to be a facilitator of opportunities, wellbeing, and happiness for clients, employees, and partners, helping people achieve their goals while shaping durable, growth-minded organizations.
