What We're Looking For
We are on the look out for a highly skilled and passionate UI Engineer to join our team and be part of our mission in shaping world-class digital experiences. This role would be ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, combines strong technical expertise with a designer's eye for aesthetics, and thrives on crafting beautiful, performant, and accessible user interfaces.

Responsibilities
Translate complex design mockups into high-quality, maintainable code with precision and performance in mind.
Develop reusable UI components and libraries using modern HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and accessible interfaces across devices and browsers.
Optimize front-end performance with Core Web Vitals in mind.
Contribute to and help evolve our component libraries and design systems.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in front-end development for at least 5 years, with strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Proficiency in building animations using animation libraries like GSAP and Three.js.
Strong experience converting complex designs into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity web pages.
Expertise in semantic HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience implementing SEO and Accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
Knowledge on Core Web Vitals, GLHS is required.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Vite, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies.
Experience working with Git and modern version control workflows.
Ability to debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Bonus Points
Experience in ADA compliance and Accessibility audits.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking tools.
Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
