What We're Looking For
White Rabbit Group is seeking a passionate TechOps Engineer for our growing and evolving team, who will be working closely with the architects, software engineers and operations to design, build, deploy and manage the environments. You will be building and maintaining tools that will ensure our application meets the standards while keeping up with fast paced culture with passion to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities
Skilled in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to design and deploy highly available systems.
Set up and maintain server environments for development, staging, and production following industry best practices.
Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automating software delivery processes.
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
Proficient in resolving production issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Implement automation tools and practices to streamline deployment processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.
Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Implement security measures and best practices to ensure data integrity and protection.
Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP.
Experienced in cloud architecture and implementation (Virtualisation, Orchestration, Scalability).
Deep understanding of Docker and orchestration tools.
Experienced in Apache, Nginx web servers.
Knowledge in DNS handling.
Experience in PostgreSQL/MYSQL or similar database.
Experience in setting up and managing monitoring tools.
Hands-on with Bash Scripting/Python or any other scripting language.
Experienced in Firewall and VPN.
Good knowledge of security trends and best practices.
Proficiency with VCS like Git, BItbucket, Code Commit.
Bonus Points
Proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm charts utilization.
Experience with cloud networking.
Ability to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications.
