The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can handle multiple projects and coordination with clients from a technical project management standpoint. White Rabbit Group is a company that Partners with top agencies worldwide for web and mobile app development. This includes a broad spectrum of technologies that we work on including react, node, Shopify, WordPress, and fully native and hybrid mobile apps, to name a few.
White Rabbit Group is looking for someone that will ultimately be managing projects for our clients and working with other development team members to manage projects from the initial discovery and estimate phase, all the way to launching and providing support. The ability to dive into the code and make adjustments may come up but the technical experience is needed more for client interactions and architecting features.
Experience Level: 3-7 years
TPMs lead and manage the implementation of project tasks and milestones. They are involved early in the pre-sales cycle through implementation and customer sign-off.
At a high level, you will be responsible for delivering applications from the first discovery meeting and seeing it through to production launch.
Managing web development and mobile app development
Manage the entire project life cycle
Track progress and milestones
Lead team meetings
Develop best practices
Creating estimates for clients
Creating web app diagrams and build discovery plans for development
3+ years of experience
Full understanding of development methodologies, consulting best practices and common web and application architectures
A strong technical background
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent client and project management skills.
Proven ability to perform hands on technical work when needed.
Ability to lead projects and global teams.
Previous experience in information technology or another related field.
Fluency in coding best practices.
Familiar with Agile methodologies - kanban & scrum.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Experience with professional services/digital agency business.
