What We're Looking For
White Rabbit Group is seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will be working on different projects and applications, predominantly on the design / user interface / peer-to-peer testing, focusing on functional testing aspects. You will work closely with the developers and project stakeholders to ensure high quality standards for the deliverables.

Responsibilities
Own quality of the project deliverables.
Plan a strategy for overall quality for the projects.
Collaborate with the project team members to ensure successful (and qualitative) project executions.
Suggest quality process improvements in a continuous manner.
Adhere to the defined process, policies & SOPs.
Be a great team player who will have proactive communications to resolve dependencies within & outside the QA department & the project teams.
Engage in conversations that are objective & data-driven, showcasing ability to put the quality of the deliverables as the topmost priority.
Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
At least 4 years experience in Manual Testing for both Web & Mobile platforms.
Hands-on experience in User Interface / Design testing.
Ability to implement test scripts to assess user experience, functionality and performance of the projects.
Strong ability to identify defects at an early stage of the Project Lifecycle (Shift Left).
Passion to improve efficiency of your work (Ex. Automation).
Strong organising skills and ability to strictly adhere the process in a disciplined manner.
Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.
Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Experience in working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop etc.
Experience in GUI & API Automation testing.
Exposure to Security Testing and/or Performance Testing.
