We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join White Rabbit Group!
Primary duties for an SDR include maximizing White Rabbit Group's awareness within our industry, generating interest with qualified leads, and setting up introduction calls.
Our core focus is creating long-term partnerships with other agencies by providing premium software development for their clients. Our partners range from sole-proprietors to international corporations which means our outreach strategies must be catered accordingly.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for building new connections with potential partners and seeing them through to an introduction call, at which point you will hand them off to a Business Development Representative for continued prospecting. Your responsibilities include conducting research on individuals and companies, engaging on social media such as Email, LinkedIn, and Slack communities to generate interest, as well as potentially making introductory calls to drive more awareness.
Implement a mixture of social media engagement, emails, phone calls, and thoughtful/attention grabbing cold messages, to initiate contact, build rapport, and generate interest.
Connect with as many leads as possible through various channels (e.g. social media, email, Slack/Discord communities, phone calls, etc.).
Educate leads about our company and services to the point of generating an introduction call.
Research leads (both individuals and companies) to collect personalized talking points.
Collaborate with the BDR team to develop innovative lead generation tactics.
Maintain a self-starter attitude.
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for social selling.
Enjoys finding clever entry points to a genuine conversation.
Broad knowledge of the web design & development industry.
Demonstrated ability to work solo as a productive self-starting team member.
Has experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications.
Understanding of our industry and brand to successfully establish rapport with prospects.
