Well, this is your unique chance to work on innovative sourcing strategies for a team that is all about experimentation, creativity, and being unconventional to help achieve our hiring goals. You will act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by assessing and activating talent in the market to deliver quality hires that reflect our communities.
Attract, source, screen and recruit high-quality candidates against the defined criteria.
Develop a strong understanding of the organisational culture, hiring strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
Use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talents including social media, diversity resources and networking.
Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process to maintain the organisations reputation as “best place to work”.
Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support recruitment metrics.
Develop a broad professional network of top talent and build deep pipelines.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Coordinate campus / off campus recruitment drives.
A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience; with hands-on experience in the software or technology sector.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm.
Proven ability to support / interact and develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior-level management.
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels.
Strong presentation skills and outstanding attention to quality of work.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Hands-on with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs, Google Sheets.
Masters in Business Administration, with HR as a preferred elective.
Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience using social media tools for sourcing efforts including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter.
