What We're Looking For
The Marketing Manager will be a hands-on driver of White Rabbit Group's day-to-day marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for bringing our marketing strategy to life across multiple channels including coordinating content creation, managing campaigns, collaboratively working across multiple internal departments, and ensuring our brand voice is clear, consistent, and impactful. This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves turning strategy into execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
Own the marketing content calendar of case studies, podcasts, social media content, event marketing collateral and email newsletters.
Partner with creative and leadership teams to package and promote White Rabbit Group's work, thought leadership, and capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and brand strategy.
Help coordinate our digital marketing presence, including website updates, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), paid campaigns, and email marketing.
Stay up-to-date on trending content, conversations, news, and cultural events, and communicate relevant insights to internal teams.
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess overall marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Identify and pursue PR, partnerships, and speaking opportunities to elevate agency visibility and leadership.
Maintain and update sales collateral, capabilities decks, branded collateral and pitch materials.
Ensure all internal and external messaging is consistent with the agency's brand voice, style, and values.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of work experience in the field of Marketing with an understanding of the advertising industry and agency operations.
Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with digital marketing tools including CRM, email marketing platforms (we use HubSpot), social scheduling tools, paid media, and analytics platforms.
Must be willing to work in Pacific Time Zone (PST / PDT).
Strong understanding of social media outlets and related content creation.
A strong cross-functional partner known for being a team player, easy to work with, positive, motivating, and incredibly collaborative.
A strategic mindset paired with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
A love for branding, creativity, and helping teams shine.
Bonus Points
Experience working in creative studios and/or advertising agencies.
Video production experience.
