We are seeking an experienced HR leader who can demonstrate business acumen and innovative thinking around employee growth. Some high-level tasks for this role are overseeing employee happiness, recruitment, employee retention, execute company events, and other day-to-day HR tasks.

White Rabbit Group is a growing agency that focuses on building web and mobile apps. We currently are in three countries including India, the United States, and Colombia. Currently White Rabbit has 55 employees and plan to continue hiring over the coming years. Experience Level: 8+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Global management and processes for all locations including India, USA, and Colombia

  • Work and collaborate globally, standardizing, simplifying and automating HR operational processes and services

  • Assessing, creating and implementing innovative solutions to increase engagement, retention and development of HR department

  • Execute core HR processes, including performance management and coaching, succession planning, change management, DEI etc.

  • Ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop both immediate and long-term solutions and mechanisms

  • Monitor and ensure the organisation’s compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance

  • Assists in the development and execution of targeted interventions related to organizational performance, process improvement, learning, leadership, employee development, and high performing teams

  • Traveling will be necessary once the pandemic is over. That could include traveling to difference office locations and countries.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree or it's equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in managing Human Resources for organisations in IT industry.

  • Expert in handling generic HR functions including performance management, coaching, talent acquisition, change management, culture, employee experience, and general strategy

  • Fair knowledge on employment laws, regulations, best practices and staying updated with them ensuring legal law compliance

  • Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high quality documents to influence strategy
