What We're Looking For
Your role as a Front-End Engineer at White Rabbit Group will involve collaborating with designers, developers, and the digital marketing team to develop solutions for both current and upcoming websites. You must have demonstrated analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge coding skills. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is super passionate and willing to learn.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process including design, development and deployment.
Work in a challenging, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality UI implementations.
Communicate effectively to convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and provide explicit project updates.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong background in developing UIs to create exceptional user experiences.
At least 2+ years of professional experience in designing websites.
Professional experience in using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop.
Experience in one or more of CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS etc.
Pixel Perfect Design to HTML conversion.
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS).
Experience in Cross-browser and Cross-platform Compatibility testing and debugging.
Knowledge of Accessibility & Usability, and SEO principles.
Utilize asset compilation tools such as NPM, webpack, PostCSS and Sass.
Experience in building AMP pages.
Knowledge about how to use Lighthouse.
