At White Rabbit Group Inc. the Delivery Managers perform the roles of a Project Manager, Program Manager and a Scrum Master to drive the creation, planning, execution and closure of deliverables that involve software development. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our growing engineering and product teams in creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run.

Experience Level: 7+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Manage project development timelines across the company

  • Possess strong knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile

  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarising relevant information.

  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation

  • Performs other work-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project or Program Management.

  • Scrum Master experience and/or managing using an Agile Development methodology for a year or more.

  • Experience of process management or ownership is preferred.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presentions to large groups.

  • Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action.

  • Should be a team player who is open-minded, proactive and process-driven.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office, Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools)

  • Experience with other standardised development methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid
