Who We're Looking For

We’re hiring a HubSpot & Business Development Specialist who can help our BizDev team operate at peak efficiency. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our CRM, building reports, creating workflows and automations, and ensuring our outreach and lead nurturing processes run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, resourceful, disciplined, and detail-oriented. You’ll work closely with our North American sales team through asynchronous channels like Loom, Slack, Notion, and email – powering one of the most sophisticated cold email outreach and long-term lead nurturing teams in our industry.

The role will be ever-evolving. As tools and AI continue to advance, we’ll adopt new platforms and processes to stay cutting edge. You’ll be expected to research, test, and recommend new tools, as well as suggest process improvements to keep our sales operations ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management & Optimization
  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations

  • Conduct regular CRM cleanups to ensure data accuracy and consistency

  • Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation

  • Outreach & Lead Management Support
  • Maintain and update lead lists using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools

  • Support the execution and optimization of email sequences and outreach campaigns

  • Track outreach performance and surface actionable insights for improvement

  • Reporting & Insights
  • Create actionable reports for leadership to monitor outreach, pipeline, and conversions

  • Surface trends and opportunities based on data analysis

  • Process Improvement & Resource Support
  • Create and maintain client-facing resource pages and content

  • Collaborate with the BizDev team to streamline lead handoff and follow-up processes

  • Document SOPs for recurring tasks and processes

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Identify process bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions

  • Research, test, and recommend new tools or processes as technology and AI evolve

Qualifications

  • Industry & Role Experience
  • Have at least 2 years work experience in Business Development

  • Experience supporting a sales or business development team in a B2B or agency setting

  • Core Skills & Tools
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (reports, workflows, automations, lead management)

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead research and outreach support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to follow SOPs and adapt them for greater efficiency

  • Mindset & Working Style
  • Comfortable working with teams across time zones, with occasional early morning or evening calls with the US team

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

  • Self-directed, resourceful, disciplined, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities

  • Eager to stay at the forefront of tools and AI, continuously researching and testing new solutions

Bonus Points

  • HubSpot certification(s)

  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools and workflow automations

  • Familiarity with sales automation platforms and integrations, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Clay

  • Understanding of web and app development environments and/or the creative or marketing industry
